Cannabinoids such as CBD and CBG have been studied for the effects on individuals with healthy sleep patterns to see if they have any negative effects and sleep.

Overall, non-psychoactive cannabinoids are considered safe to take safe for sleeping. Since CBD may increase GABA, it may increase the chance of having a “night terror” experience in those that are sensitive to cannabinoids.

While CBD and CBG are non-toxic and non-psychoactive cannabinoids, you can avoid taking too much by starting with small doses, slowly increasing over time.
